We are organizing a mass effort to paint the LA River. An event where everyone is invited to pick up a brush, choose any color, and paint. Most importantly, to paint it illegally because we the people can.
Our goal: thousands standing shoulder to shoulder, transforming the concrete veins of this city into color, defiance, and unity.
